Refund Policy

PC Optimizer Pro values each and every customer and makes the best efforts to provide customers with completely satisfied products and services

PC Optimizer Pro provides enough time for evaluation of the product and service purchased by a customer. If the product or service does not meet customers’ requirements, refunds can be requested within 30-days from the day of purchase.

Only purchases made through the official website of PC Optimizer Pro may be refunded under this Refund Policy. This Refund Policy is not applicable for orders placed from other unauthorized channels. The amount actually paid for the product or service will be refunded only.

While making a request for the refund, following information should be provided by the customer.

• Name and surname
• Order number and
• Email address used while the purchase of the product

Time Frame for requesting the refund

Refunds are generally received within 7-9 business days. It may vary depending on your bank processing times and/or mode of payment. In case there is delay in receiving the payment of the refunded amount, please feel free to contact the support team of PC Optimizer Pro at support@pcoptimizerpro.com.

Once the refund of a purchased product or service is issued, the complete functionality of the purchased product will be disabled.
